The Lodge (sleeps 15-16)
LOCATION
Arrowtown's most centrally located accommodation in historic zone: Literally just steps away from Arrowtown's Main Street, opposite Royalburn Farm Shop, and 2 mins walk to designer boutiques and galleries, cafes, top restaurants, wine bars, cinema and more. The lodge borders a reserve on to the Arrow river for easy eBike and walking access
LODGE BOOKINGS
Designed for group and family getaways; When you book your group has entire use of the whole property. The house (Lodge) can sleep up 10 to 16 guests, in 7 bedrooms. The adjacent cottage next door, has 2 x 1 bedroom suites with ensuites and their own entrance, parking and private garden. Groups will enjoy the Lodge plenty of room to spread out
The cottage is perfect for two couples or a small family, can be booked alone, or together with the Lodge, giving total accommodation for 20. (9 bedrooms 5.5 Bathrooms)
Included in rates, are fresh bedlinens, towels, toiletries, cleaning. ​A security deposit for group bookings may be required *

The lodge is fully setup for self catering so your group can self cater, fully equipped kitchen plus BBQ for summer alfresco dining.

The lodge is a 2 story property with internal stair access. Bedrooms are spread over two levels, garden bedrooms with sliding door access to lovely garden and lawns. Living room /lounge/ kitchen and dining on level 1.
A separate modern cottage with 2 self contained deluxe 1 bedroom suites, is located next door, available to book separately so you can accommodate groups up to 20

We are located right in the town in a residential street adjoining the town's Main Street. RoyalBurn farm shop directly opposite us is a gorgeous local deli store with everything you need for your pantry BBQ, daily farm fresh produce, meat, pantry items, bread & treats.
Next door to the lodge is Provisions cafe serving delicious coffee and all day dining 7 days a week. More great cafes are just 2 minutes walk. 7/11 Convenience store is 2 mins walk away open until 11pm every night. The local 4Square Supermarket a quick 3 mins drive for all your groceries and supplies, wine and more.
In addition to ice cream and speciality food stores there are great wine shops incl Arrowtown Wine Store, The Winery & Betty's Liquor selling the best of the regions wines, craft beers and spirits.
A dozen great restaurants within minutes walk offering everything from steaks, burgers, Italian, woodfired pizzas to fine dining. The lodge is one minute walk along the laneway to Arrowtown's iconic Fork n Tap pub (in Summer months enjoy the outdoor beer garden)
